Baby Bluessss!

Hey, we all have our down days. However, the Baby Blues are real for some people. Women have different hormonal changes and feelings that comes with the changes in our body. Some new mothers may experience the Baby Blues/Postpartum Depression, feelings of anxiety, crying spells, restlessness, sleeplessness, and even the feelings of not attach to the baby. When recognizing these different moods, seek help, talk to someone, significant other, doctor, friend, doula, and family. Some techniques or coping skills that can be used are talking to someone, listening to music, taking a walk, exercise, writing in a journal, even singing to your baby, being active and talking through your feelings is KEY!!!!
