Six Key Points in STAGES of LABOR

***Labor usually begins at time of water breaking.

  1. Eat something to have strength.

  2. Drink water to stay hydrated.

  3. Shower it will relax and soothe you.

  4. Rest as much as you can.

  5. Take a walk if able.

  6. Begin some ball exercises.

  7. Extra step-CALL YOUR DOULA!
