Breastfeeding
It’s Ok, ask Questions
Always remember to trust your body, it knows what to do. As you begin to breastfeed your milk supply will increase as your baby demands it. The more your baby drinks, it helps stimulant the breast to increase your milk supply.
Breastfeeding is natural and tricky. It is a good idea that new moms learn before birth to prepare yourself more, if you are thinking about breast feeding. Because after birth can be very busy. Take a childbirth class, ask your doctor or have a doula to guide you through the beginning.
These are somethings to think about:
1.Do you have a feeding plan?
2.What can I expect if I breastfeed without anxiety and stress?
3. What are your feeding plans?
4. Are you feeling confident in breastfeeding?
